Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified on the order confirmation page and in the confirmation email. Restrictions apply to pre-sale items.

SHIPPING POLICIES

U.S ORDERS:

Free shipping is available for all domestic orders of $150 or more. No coupon codes are required. This offer is valid for U.S. orders placed via FASHEABE.COM and shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. Shipping costs do not contribute towards the qualifying amount. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers. The free shipping option qualifies for standard shipping only; express and priority shipping options are excluded.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days. Express orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders will exclusively be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Responsibility is not assumed for incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. Packages can be tracked using the provided tracking number. Please note that shipping addresses are exported directly from one database to another without manual input. Ensure accuracy of the shipping address to prevent issues. Refunds will not be processed for items sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Delivery time includes processing and shipping transit time. Selecting a next-day shipping service does not guarantee delivery the day following the order placement, though efforts will be made to expedite delivery. FASHEABE is not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays attributable to courier-related circumstances.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Each order is dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Florida. All orders undergo verification and are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been packed and shipped, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent (please verify your spam/junk mail folder).

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Upon shipment, a confirmation email including the tracking number will be sent, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. For international orders, Standard Airmail provides a customs form label number that can locate your package but does not serve as an actual tracking number. Allow 24 hours for tracking information updates. Exclude processing time when estimating the package's arrival date; delivery time starts 24 hours post receipt of the tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment receipt. Orders are dispatched once payment clearance is confirmed by the bank. USPS deliveries may take up to 15 working days worldwide. Package tracking beyond US borders is not possible. Accurate shipping information is imperative as orders cannot be redirected once in transit. Notifications will be issued in case of delays, which may occur during holiday and sale periods. FASHEABE does not assume responsibility for duties and taxes applied in the destination country and does not deliver to hotels.

CUSTOM FEES

Customs duty refers to a tariff or tax on imported goods. Commercial goods pending customs clearance remain in a customs area until processed. Customers are solely responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties. The declared value of the order must be stated on the package per customs authorities' requirements. Customs agents have discretion over the release of packages and may occasionally delay delivery. Customs charges are beyond our control and unpredictable. If held by customs, customers must pay the applicable fees to retrieve their package. Non-payment of customs fees results in the package being returned to us. Postage is non-refundable for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, customers must follow up with the postal carrier. FASHEABE assumes no liability for lost or stolen packages.

Gift cards included in the purchase require additional items totaling $75+ to qualify for free shipping. If a gift card is purchased and the remaining items do not meet the $75 minimum, a $7.95 shipping fee will apply.
