Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All Special Occasion items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please ship your return using a carrier of your choice.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
Clearance items, deep-discounted items (40% off or more), bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and “Party Wear” (such as Halloween costumes).
Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Additional Return Guidelines

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please keep your return tracking number and proof of postage.

All returns must include your order packing slip or return invoice from the Returns Portal.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to delay or deny refunds until items are received and inspected to prevent fraud.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item for store credit and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason. Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions noted above.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fasheabe Gift Card.
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after your item is delivered to us. Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll be notified if it’s approved.
If approved, your store credit will be issued within 10 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you paid for expedited or priority shipping, that cost will not be refunded.
Refunds are issued only for the cost of the item(s) returned.
